# Physical Card

With BXPay, eligible users can access an **international account provided through our licensed financial partners**, along with a Physical Card that is **designed to work similarly to traditional debit cards for everyday use**.

### **Features & Usage**

* Cards available on globally recognized payment networks such as Visa® or UnionPay®, depending on the plan.
* Usable in supported regions where the card network operates, with broader reach enabled by multi-network availability.
* Supports online, in-store, and ATM withdrawals in locations where the network is accepted.
* May be compatible with select mobile wallets such as Alipay® and WeChat Pay®, depending on region.
* Linked to your international account provided through our regulated financial partners.
* Provides standard privacy protections aligned with international financial regulations.

### **How to Apply & Activate**

1. **Complete KYC** in your BXPay dashboard (passport only).
2. Once approved, your **International Account** will appear under *Accounts* (setup takes 1–2 weeks).
3. After \~2 weeks, go to **Cards → Physical Card Request → Delivery** to:
   * Add your **card name**, **design**, and **delivery address**.
   * Click **Submit Card Application**.
4. Your card will be printed, packaged, and shipped within **1–2 weeks**.\ <sup>*(Total expected timeline:*</sup><sup>*&#x20;*</sup><sup>***3–4 weeks,***</sup><sup>*&#x20;*</sup><sup>*including processing and compliance.)*</sup>
5. When your card arrives, **log in → Activate Card → upload selfie with passport + card → enter 16-digit number.** Activation takes **24–48 business hours.**

### **Delivery & Setup**

* **PIN included** with card delivery
* **ATM withdrawals are generally supported in regions where network policies permit**
* **Online purchases may require activation through BXPay support**

### **Card Availability**

* **Available for:** Ascend (Plastic + Bank), Legatus (Metal + Bank)
* **Card Type:** Available as a **Physical Visa® or UnionPay® card**, issued through our licensed financial partners
* **Usage:** Supports online purchases, ATM withdrawals, and international transactions **in regions where the network is available**
* **Shipping:** **Typically 3–5 weeks**, depending on country and courier
