# アカウントポリシーと制限

### 規制遵守

BXPayサービスを安全かつ適切に利用するために：

* すべてのユーザーにKYC（本人確認）が必要です。\
  \&#xNAN;*正確な本人確認を行うため、KYC中はVPNを無効にする必要があります。*
* AML（マネーロンダリング対策）監視は、カードプログラムのために確立された国際基準に従います。

### 🌍 対応および制限国

利用可能性は規制およびカードネットワークの要件により異なります。

* バーチャルカード：特定の地域では規制およびカードネットワークの要件に基づく制限がある場合があります。
* 物理カード： *利用可否は各地域固有の規制およびコンプライアンス制限によります。*

### ⛔ 利用制限

#### ATM引き出し制限：

* Velar（バーチャル）：本人確認レベルおよび現地ATMポリシーにより、最大1,000ドル/日まで
* Ascend（プラスチック＋銀行）：本人確認レベルおよび現地ATMポリシーにより、最大3,000ドル/日まで
* Legatus（金属＋銀行）：本人確認レベルおよび現地ATMポリシーにより、最大8,000ドル/日まで
* 最大引き出し回数：1日あたり10回

#### POS / オンライン利用限度：

* Velar：1取引あたり最大5,000ドルまで
* Ascend：1取引あたり最大100,000ドルまで *（コンプライアンス審査の対象）*
* Legatus：1取引あたり最大250,000ドルまで *（コンプライアンス審査の対象）*

### ロシアのユーザー向け地域別注意事項

* カードの利用可否は、地域の規制条件下で利用可能なネットワークオプションにより異なる場合があります。
* 地域のネットワーク受け入れ状況により、ロシア国内ではUnionPayが推奨されるネットワークとなる場合があります。
* 物流およびコンプライアンス上の制限により、カードはロシアへ発送できません。
* カードは選択されたネットワークがサポートされている国で使用する必要があります。
