# 계정 정책 및 한도

### 규제 준수

BXPay 서비스를 안전하고 규정을 준수하여 사용하기 위해:

* 모든 사용자는 KYC 인증이 필요합니다.\
  \&#xNAN;*정확한 인증을 위해 KYC 진행 중에는 VPN을 비활성화해야 합니다.*
* AML 모니터링은 카드 프로그램을 위한 기존의 국제 표준을 따릅니다.

### 🌍 지원 및 제한 국가

이용 가능 여부는 규제 및 카드 네트워크 요구 사항에 따라 다릅니다.

* 가상 카드: 일부 지역은 규제 및 카드 네트워크 요구 사항에 따라 제한이 있을 수 있습니다.
* 실물 카드: *이용 가능 여부는 각 지역별 규제 및 준수 제한에 따라 달라집니다.*

### ⛔ 사용 한도

#### ATM 출금 한도:

* Velar (가상): 인증 수준 및 현지 ATM 정책에 따라 하루 최대 $1,000
* Ascend (플라스틱 + 은행): 인증 수준 및 현지 ATM 정책에 따라 하루 최대 $3,000
* Legatus (금속 + 은행): 인증 수준 및 현지 ATM 정책에 따라 하루 최대 $8,000
* 최대 출금 횟수: 하루 10회

#### POS / 온라인 사용 한도:

* Velar: 거래당 최대 $5,000
* Ascend: 거래당 최대 $100,000 *(준수 검토 대상)*
* Legatus: 거래당 최대 $250,000 *(준수 검토 대상)*

### 러시아 사용자에 대한 지역별 참고 사항

* 카드 이용은 지역 규제 조건에 따라 사용 가능한 네트워크 옵션에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다.
* 지역 네트워크 수용도에 따라 러시아 내에서는 UnionPay가 선호되는 네트워크일 수 있습니다.
* 물류 및 준수 제한으로 인해 카드는 러시아로 배송될 수 없습니다.
* 카드는 선택된 네트워크가 지원되는 국가에서만 사용해야 합니다.
