# 사용자 여정

## 🛒 BXPay 플랜 구매하기

BXPay는 간단하고 명확하게 설계되었습니다: 가상 또는 실물 카드를 포함한 BXPay 플랜을 구매하시고, 이후 규제된 은행 파트너를 통해 KYC 인증을 완료합니다.

### 플랜을 구매하려면:

* BXPay 플랫폼 방문
* 가상 카드 또는 실물 카드 옵션 선택
* 체크아웃을 완료하고 규제된 파트너를 통해 KYC 인증 진행

> 참고: 실물 카드의 이용 가능 여부는 지역에 따라 다를 수 있습니다.

### 🔐 KYC 인증 완료하기

KYC 처리는 면허가 있는 은행 파트너가 담당합니다.\
소요 시간은 다음에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다:

* 국가별 요구사항
* 규제 심사
* 추가 인증 단계(필요한 경우)

> 중요: 일부 신청은 컴플라이언스 심사에 따라 추가 확인이 필요할 수 있습니다.

### 💳 가상 카드 활성화하기

KYC가 승인되면, 적격 사용자는 승인 직후 가상 카드를 활성화할 수 있습니다.\
모든 BXPay 플랜에는 가상 카드가 포함됩니다.

가상 카드를 활성화하려면:

1. BXPay 대시보드에 로그인
2. 계정 → 가상 계좌 신청으로 이동
3. 계좌가 생성되면 카드 → 가상 카드 → 활성화로 이동
4. 가상 카드는 즉시 활성화되며 온라인에서 즉시 사용할 수 있습니다

참고:

* Velar 사용자 → 이것이 귀하의 주요 카드입니다
* Ascend, Legatus → 이 가상 카드는 실물 카드가 생성되어 발송되기 전에 활성화됩니다

### 📦 실물 카드 활성화하기

실물 카드를 수령하면 BXPay 대시보드를 통해 활성화하세요:

* BXPay에 로그인
* 카드 → 활성화로 이동
* 신분증과 활성화할 카드를 들고 있는 셀피 업로드
* 신분증 정보가 명확히 보이도록 하세요
* 16자리 카드 번호를 입력하고 활성화를 확인

활성화 소요 시간: 영업일 기준 24–48시간\ <sup>(</sup><sup>*주말에 진행된 활성화는 다음 영업일에 처리됩니다.*</sup><sup>)</sup>

계좌 개설 및 카드 발급을 포함한 은행 서비스는 면허가 있는 은행 파트너가 제공합니다.
