# 用户旅程
## 🛒 购买您的 BXPay 计划
BXPay 的设计简单明了：您购买包含虚拟或实体卡的 BXPay 计划，然后通过我们受监管的银行合作伙伴完成 KYC 验证。
### 购买计划的步骤：
* 访问 BXPay 平台
* 在虚拟卡和实体卡选项之间进行选择
* 完成结账并通过我们受监管的合作伙伴进行 KYC 验证
> 注意：实体卡的可用性可能因地区而异。
### 🔐 完成 KYC 验证
KYC 处理由我们持牌的银行合作伙伴负责。\
处理时间可能因以下情况而异：
* 国家要求
* 监管审查
* 额外的验证步骤（如有需要）
> 重要提示：某些申请可能基于合规审查需要额外核查。
### 💳 激活您的虚拟卡
一旦您的 KYC 获批，符合条件的用户可在获批后不久激活他们的虚拟卡。\
每个 BXPay 计划均包含一张虚拟卡。
激活虚拟卡的方法：
1. 登录您的 BXPay 仪表板
2. 前往 账户 → 申请虚拟账户
3. 账户创建完成后，前往 卡片 → 虚拟卡 → 激活
4. 您的虚拟卡将即时激活，可立即用于线上消费
注意：
* Velar 用户 → 这是您的主卡
* Ascend、Legatus → 在实体卡制作并寄出之前，此虚拟卡将先激活
### 📦 激活您的实体卡
当您的实体卡到达时，通过 BXPay 仪表板激活：
* 登录 BXPay
* 前往 卡片 → 激活
* 上传一张手持政府颁发的身份证和您要激活的卡片的自拍照
* 确保证件信息清晰可见
* 输入您的 16 位卡号并确认激活
激活时间：24–48 个工作小时\ (*周末激活将在下一个工作日处理。*)
