# 账户政策与限额

### 监管合规

为确保安全且合规地使用 BXPay 服务：

* 所有用户均需进行 KYC 验证。\
  \&#xNAN;*在进行 KYC 时必须禁用 VPN 以确保验证准确。*
* 反洗钱监控遵循已建立的国际卡项目标准。

### 🌍 支持与限制国家/地区

可用性取决于监管和卡网络要求的差异。

* 虚拟卡：某些地区可能基于监管和卡网络要求存在限制。
* 实体卡： *可用性取决于每个地区特定的监管与合规限制。*

### ⛔ 使用限额

#### ATM 提款限额：

* Velar（虚拟）：每日最多 $1,000，取决于验证等级和当地 ATM 政策
* Ascend（塑料卡 + 银行）：每日最多 $3,000，取决于验证等级和当地 ATM 政策
* Legatus（贵金属卡 + 银行）：每日最多 $8,000，取决于验证等级和当地 ATM 政策
* 最多提款次数：每日 10 次

#### POS / 在线消费限额：

* Velar：每笔最高 $5,000
* Ascend：每笔最高 $100,000 *（需经合规审查）*
* Legatus：每笔最高 $250,000 *（需经合规审查）*

### 俄罗斯用户的地区性说明

* 卡的可访问性可能取决于在当地监管条件下可用的网络选项。
* 在俄罗斯境内，银联可能是首选网络，视区域网络接受程度而定。
* 由于物流和合规限制，卡无法寄送至俄罗斯。
* 卡必须在所选网络受支持的国家/地区使用。
