All accounts, cards, and underlying financial balances are **issued and managed by authorized third-party institutions.**

**BXPay does not hold or control user wallets; all balances are maintained by regulated financial partners.**

### **Risk Disclosure**

* Currency exchange and cross-border payments carry inherent risks.
* BXPay cannot guarantee conversion rates, processing times, or uninterrupted service.
