Introduction** Welcome to BXPay, a **multi-currency digital payment interface** operated by SX Gateway FZE LLC, a company incorporated in the United Arab Emirates (“we,” “our,” or “us”). BXPay provides users with access to **card-based payment solutions issued by licensed financial institutions through our partners**, along with supporting platform features and technology services (collectively, “Service Partners”). By accessing or using BXPay (the “Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately. ### **2. Nature of the Service** BXPay provides access to digital payment cards, **conversion features made available through third-party regulated providers**, and account management tools through a secure framework. **BXPay does not hold customer funds; all funds are managed by regulated third-party institutions.**\ All balances and transactions are processed through licensed financial partners. **BXPay is a technology platform and does not provide financial services.**\ It operates as a software interface and onboarding layer. ### **3. Eligibility** To use BXPay, you must: * Be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction). * Complete and pass any KYC/AML verification required by our partners. * **Not reside in jurisdictions restricted under applicable sanctions or partner policies.** ### **4. Account & Verification** You are responsible for maintaining accurate personal information and safeguarding your credentials. BXPay and its partners may suspend or terminate access if false information is provided or compliance obligations are not met. ### **5. Non-Custodial Relationship** BXPay provides technological access only. Neither BXPay nor Connect Software Ltd. directly holds, transfers, or manages user funds. All deposits, withdrawals, and conversions are handled by regulated third-party partners. Your relationship with these partners is independent and governed by their own terms and regulatory requirements. **BXPay does not hold or control user balances.** ### **6. Use of Cards** BXPay cards are **issued under license by regulated financial institutions through our partners.** You may load funds, make payments, and withdraw using supported methods **as permitted by our issuing partners and platform functionality**. Misuse, fraud, or chargeback abuse may result in suspension or termination. ### **7. Fees** All applicable fees are displayed within your BXPay dashboard. BXPay may update fees to reflect changes by Service Partners or regulatory requirements. ### **8. Prohibited Activities** You agree not to use BXPay for: * Money laundering, terrorism financing, illegal trade * Gambling, high-risk financial services, or prohibited content * Activities violating sanctions, export controls, or tax laws ### **9. Limitation of Liability** BXPay provides the platform **“as is” and “as available.”** To the fullest extent allowed by law, BXPay, SX Gateway FZE LLC, Connect Software Ltd., and affiliates are **not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.** ### **10. Indemnification** You agree to indemnify BXPay, SX Gateway FZE LLC, and all Service Partners from claims or losses arising from misuse of the platform or violation of these Terms. ### **11. Amendments** BXPay may update these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon publication. Continued use constitutes acceptance. ### **12.
